As the busiest shelter in New Brunswick, Crossroads’ Transition House has housed more than 10,000 people since its opening in 1981, and demands for its services continue to increase significantly each year. Running at full capacity for the last 5 years and unable to keep up with the growing demands on its services, In the year of 2016 60% of women and children were refused due to lack of space. In 2017 Crossroads for Women opened its new transition house, which allowed Crossroads to nearly triple its bed number, allowing us to provide shelter to the women and children seeking shelter in our community.

Your donation, whatever the amount, will be critical in helping us raise the funds required to provide shelter and support to more than 300 women and children fleeing domestic violence each year.

On behalf of the many women and children feeling domestic violence in our province, thank you for helping us break the cycle of violence in our province.
